couldn't you hammer soft the collection under your side of the bed? on the subject of snow.... looks like i'm in for fun tomorrow.
That's why she's asking , can't see the point myself . How do you know about my side of the bed ? you always sleep on the left !
get a load of baloons tied to the front and back of the little eunos and bounce off any oncoming cars.
Have you thought of snow tyres you could keep a spare set of wheels with them on I would have thought that would be more practicable?
This was at ours winter before last... The snow that was on the jeep was what fell over night bearing in mind that there was already a good 8ins of loose on the grass, and the jeep was clear the night before as I'd been out in it!! Ok it's a 4x4 but I was running around in that on normal road tires!! 8)
We have a jeep with semi road and off road tyres so the wife should be ok in the snow as long as she stays in 4 wheel drive , she can leave the two wheel drive to me
just got back from bettys sons , n her daughter in law was just trying hers on , she said not over 25mph and just on snow so might be a bit of a pain but if it helps why not they dont cost loads bless um . Snowin ear now.
I had some input on the mod testing of these a few years ago They are very good on heavily packed snow and ice They dont change the situation to normal conditions though They just give you enough grip to get out of a sticky situation They are well worth buying and sticking in the boot so if you can get no traction on ice or snow then you can pop them on They get shredded at the prospect of any normal terrain though If you can afford it then fit winter tyres they may well save your life or someone elses when it turns for the worse
Seen an ambulance get stuck on a hill once when we had bad snow , as we were about to offer help as they were on a call out the passenger jumped out put 2 snow socks over the front tyres and of they went no probs at all . And they did it so quick too
