Small end reaming

This ^^ if your going to wet and dry them you might as well have done that from the start

Hone them for a more accurate size

 

How did I miss this, what an opportunity

 

Tried them again when I got home with a Mahle pin from the piston set i am going to use. This was a better fit & just snagged slightly on the edge of the bush in one rod. I smoothed the very edge with a piece of scotchbrite & all is good.
Jim did say he would have preferred to have had one of the pins i was using when he was honing the bushes.
