    Job done not perfect but 10 times better and I have a smoother sliding door thanks @zedders

    There is also a bit of up and down possible on the rear lock striker plate, the four bolts holding on the rear hinge can be slackened for a bit of up and down movement too.
    And then the roller on the rear hinge mechanism wears out and can be replaced, and also the bushings in the hinge at the rear both ends of the U shaped bit wear and are replaceable.

    And if you slam it really hard a lot the door skin cracks above the hinge and the U shaped bolt snaps then the cam that helps it open also snaps......
