Ah thanks my lovely, feeling much more human now.... the magic powers of travel sick pills and small sips of flat red coke! (and a day tucked up in bed..... I soooooo need to retire!)

Blimey! I can feel my arteries hardening just looking at that!! Pork crackling and roast pork is definitely my weakness, and bacon for that matter.... aaah now I’m hungry!!!!
....Feeling much improved today now the sick dizzy headache has gone, thank you! There’s nothing like a bright sunny autumn day (at work) for blowing the cob webs away

 

I never sleep that well in hotel rooms, much prefer my camper, so I was awake at half five. Went for a walk around a Northern town.
