    Where is it ? your neck of the woods ....being a bit boffiny here, but think the old ones had a makers casting mark at the bottom .

    Wonder if it's a Andrew Handyside Derby foundry make did loads of others including ornate cast iron station platform roofs and such . My god have i turned into boffin twit .

    I will be buying a cheap light blue anorak and half hast ill fitting yellow ochre cords next .

    Will have to look them up.. Handysides were in full swing by 1885 making an astonishing amount of products urns fountains very ornate ...even rail bridges ( iron ) and had teams of workers to build them even as far as Australia i believe . Must dash i am off to restore a Greens of Leeds 2ft by 18 inch garden roller .

    I saw one of these a few years back and thought they were marvelous, i have managed to track a few down now , they are innocent fun in my book , no offence intended to anyone .

    She is the soppiest neediest and most affectionate little cat who approaches any stranger and meows at them for attention.

    But if any other cat comes snooping around she’s like a heat seeking Tasmanian Devil (Looney Toons cartoon?) that never ever backs down and comes away with just a few tufts of fur left behind.
