Plans to build one on this area are being scuppered by not being able to get any pallets. I can find them but not transport them as they are 2cm too wide to fit in the car. :(

It’s a shame as it took out half a Damsen tree when it fell.

  3. Stick a blanket on the roof, whack the pallets on top and tie them down with rope through the windows.

    Sorted

So so so glad to get out for a walk, and delivered a bottle of wine to our adopted 'fairy godmother' Ellen.

Went round the block last night but it was dark and we were worn out. This was so much more enjoyable as we interacted with Ellen from the end of her drive.[IMG][IMG]

We had some daffs inside a few weeks back... every morning I had to check around the dogs bed to make sure he hadn’t wet his bed... they’re not the most pleasant smelling flower IMO!!

  17. Car roof is aluminium. Just washing with a sponge causes it to deflect.

  18. Just been for a walk down to the allotments with the dogs. Nearly every plot has chickens or ducks in. The council are still at work mowing the grass.

The pikey bollards seem to be doing their job.
