Yes, Agilent in disguise; top of the range is $0.5M. Have a look at UNI-T, Chinese, of course, but my mate hasn't managed to break his yet, he got it from Rapid, I think.

 

One of the highlights of my career was filling in a purchase order for half a million quid's worth of Agilent gear.

One of my least best days was the day I discovered the wheels on the instrument troley were not castors.
£30000 worth of HP spectrum analyser was picked up off the floor and replaced. Some of the controls no longer were flush with the front panel as the insides were now bent.
Strangely I now own one of the same instruments , thrown out by a company called Nokia Mobilr Telecoms who made two way radios or something..
