Meet my family, mums side from Yorkshire, funny lot,
On the right is my cousin Heidi, far left is her partner, you might recognise the man at the back in the England shirt, he is Ady Boothroyd who is my Uncle Stan’s younger brother and the manager of the England under 21 team( that’s why there are so many Chelsea players in his squad) and in the front is my step Grandad who is still alive and well, he is a 101 and lives on his own in Hebden Bridge, he goes to the village shop every day on his mobility scooter for his paper, milk and bread, and he still goes to his local for a beer and a game of dominoes, he recently went all the way to Italy to lay a reef for his friends who died in the war, I asked him recently what’s the secret to having a long healthy life to which he replied, plenty of fish, pie mash and eels and London Pride beer
