"Scrap ironnnnn"

Does anybody know if you need a permit/license to cruise the streets shouting scrap iron (collecting) and then take it to a scrap merchants? If the answer is yes, does anybody want to buy a MWB Transit?

You need a waste carriers licence and you're ok, you need a drivers license and bank details to be paid, mixed steel is on its arse not worth doing I've stopped taking it, stainless or aluminium is ok tho
