  1. It goes inline to the filler tube. And the small pipe is for the fuel return.

I agree/understand what your saying. I think it’s their poor picture because looking at it, it seems like there is a plate (or it looks like it’s not hollow)

    I’d of thought the same.

@Baysearcher @sick bay Doug/John how have fellows done yours?

  4. Fellows put a barb in the tank, not sure if it's welded or screwed in with a nut.

What about one of the fuel breathers?

Need to check my tank to see what condition it’s in. Hopefully it’s decent as the next few items to pay for are big ones

  7. Nah leave the breathers as breathers

    Thanks

    Is it a direct fit?

  11. Should be easy to fit - remove the filler pipe, cut a section out, install the fuel return section and refit
Not done mine yet as ive been busy ripping the engine down and rebuilding it although nearly done

I wondered if the width was the same.

  13. Width of the metal fuel return pipe is 52mm and fuel filler pipe is 55mm so will fit inside nicely and clamp up tight with the supplied hose clips

    Thanks.

  15. be interested to see how this goes as i have an auto and considered the scooby lump....

  16. Managed to get the fuel return line installed this morning, straightforward and much easier than changing the tank, using a vent or welding it on.

    More bits have turned up

Looked at the chassis rails last night. No holes that I can see for the rad.

Should I remove the heater tube that runs down the middle?
