Rear light lens - seals?

Then I thought again and began to wonder. No idea of the dia you need - this is why the normal suspects sell it at such a high price. A bit of leg work and savings can be made.

 

I like your sig zed, sort of sums up my mind! going to buy the proper part and go from there.

 

Did anyone ever measure the diameter of their rear light seal or come up with a good alternative?

Am needing to do mine and am sure a length of o-ring type material would do the job - just need to know the diameter!

I just got them from c & c because I was too lazy to measure and hunt.

 

Annoyingly did a big order from them last week and forgot about these
