WANTED Rear gas shocks!

    Met this Dutch couple in Rome.
    Konis all round but the rears were on air so he could adjust the ride height with a big lump of weight on the back.
    Nice lump of weight though...

  4. Very cool, I had auto adjusting air ride shocks on my people carrier in America as standard. It would auto level off the more stuff you put in it.

    Think the normal koni's are about 70 quid each

    I've got a pair of rear shocks for sale if your interested. Only replaced as I thought one side broke, turned out to be torsion bar, so they are perfectly fine.

    They are the white ones.

  10. well well well, I've bought a new bus, hang on it's my old one! massive thanks to Razzyh for delivering the rears and to Pkrboo for starting this little project off with the fronts. with out a doubt it's been the most noticeable improvement I've made to my old bus. Cheers the pair of you.

  13. Oi! yep I fitted them immediately I honestly couldn't wait to feel the difference. I'm stoked! So much so I even gave the old bus a wash!
    Ive ordered the tyres so that should be me done buying bits for a while. now i need to get on with fitting the OG dash clock I managed to source and finalising my reversion to the dash speaker set up.

  18. No I bought a duel voice coil I got a kit originally for a Beatle and I've replaced my door cards to delete speakers
