Please please behave, but did anyone watch the Barrymore documentary last night?

    The coroner said You don’t bleed after death so they couldn’t have been done in the hospital as he was already dead.

    Towards the end the police presented a ‘window of opportunity’ report which said only three of the guests could have done it, Barrymore & two others, they were interviewed again but the cps declined to prosecute due to insufficient evidence.... Great British justice, jokers the lot of ‘em!

    I think the whole exercise of the documentary was to let the truth out as they see it. I don’t think Barrymore is getting pulled for this or any other crime somehow.

    It does cut both ways though doesn’t it? We berate our ‘great British justice system’ for not prosecuting because of lack of evidence..... and yet if this were not the case and it were us or our friend / family member being accused and wrongly tried on a flimsy amount of evidence, just because the police needed a result, we’d be apoplectic.
    I’m not saying he did it or didn’t do it; I’m sure someone knows who did, and there is highly likely to have been a cover up amongst the people who were there. But if there’s not enough concrete insurmountable evidence without a confession, and absolutely no one is talking, no one at all..... the investigation comes up against a brick wall. It’s not fair on the lad’s family, but it is equally wrong to imprison someone without the evidence. :(

    Given that no one is fessing up, yet the post Morten proves that the injuries took place before he drowned, one would have thought that they could all be charged with perverting the course of justice if they refuse to talk, as that is exactly what they are doing.

    They are only perverting the cause of justice if they actually know something. Who’s to say he didn’t leave the party to meet someone he met earlier. Then came back drunk and fell in the pool. If the other guests were in the house they might not have had any idea he had left or returned.

    not everyone is lying when they say they don’t know anything. They might just not know anything

    the other option is that one person did this to him. He’s never admitted it to the other guests and so only one of them is actually lying.

    my gut feeling is someone knows something but that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s Barrymore.

    I’m pretty sure if you look at the evidence closely you’ll come to the same conclusion I did, that it must have been professor plum in the library with the candle stick

    I might be going against the grain here, but I think he did and is as guilty as anyone, if not more seeing as it was him rubbing cocaine into the guys gums. I’m sure that isn’t the way to talk about a star like him and it’s only my opinion, but?

    They made a pact I reckon simply because more than one was involved. I might add this is only my speculation after reading about the case and watching the documentary and Barrymore’s less than convincing denial interviews over the years

    The thing is....It’s their JOB to secure the crime scene & gather evidence correctly, they are trained in it.... If it were teachers NOT teaching correctly or engineers NOT engineering correctly or truck drivers NOT driving properly they would be out of a job.... if we ‘the public’ can see the obvious on the back of a documentary then ...... come on!
