I wouldn't know I always phone and make them tell me about all the part options and do the order themselves.

  2. I only buy "German quality" don't matter where it comes from.
If you buy "German QUALITY" it must be the best. Right?................

I've used most of the main suppliers whilst doing my van, so my take on them...

Heritage are probably my favourite, quick delivery - no issues with returned items and stock some of the harder to find bits, website is a bit hit and miss (but has been improved I think?) - but a Google search with heritage in the search always works.

Just Kampers good service - good website - have been good when I returned Marmite items - just wish they would state - "we'd not fit these to our vans" if they know the quality is crap.

Coolair - I've used them twice recently to give them a go - have been spot on so far - I like them.

C&C - I used to like them - but I think they're expensive especially for small generic items, quite a good range/stock.

Schofields - I've only ever bought stuff from them at shows, decent panels and they know what they're talking about.

GSF - I like them, a lot of stuff available is the same as the other main suppliers, my local branch seem to carry alot of stuff in stock and therefore is handy if you need it today - I've a trade account so it gets delivered free aswell - no issues with exchanging or refunding.

Autocraft - top quality panels - I've only ever been to their workshop to pick bits up - always helpful, and busy - a good sign, and look to be doing something right!

@davidoft - Seems to have everything - always good service

eBay, for some hard to find bits, lots of specific consumables, screws, fittings, p clips, terminals, relays, fuses, grommets, clips etc etc - everything generally without scene tax!

    Think it's just Machine7 I've not used!

Cool Air is the default for me, followed by heritage if they don't have what I want (although I have been known to search all the usual sites just in case the prices are any better).
The Autocraft bits are spot on, I've got a full set of jacking points and most of the tophats and I beams from them, and they're bang on!

  15. Coolair for me just round the corner

  16. Do we have any discount codes for any of these suppliers ?

  17. been going schofields for panels and bits for last 26 years.use to call at his house till he got the units. should be called rickys now.
