It certainly does. Makes you wonder what they do to the 'refurbed' ones? A clean, fresh paint and perhaps fresh oil!
Are they oil filled then not grease? Some bug ones i've taken apart had oil and some were a thick grease. My bugs box is empty and not sure what to fill it with. I though maybe mashed up bananas as it seems to work OK on 2CV engines. http://jalopnik.com/how-bananas-saved-a-citroen-2cv-1720454812
