pancake day is nearly here

First 2 rounds have been disposed of, lemon & sugar for those. I am waiting for the next lot as I have some real maple syrup (from a friend in New Hampshire & from their own trees )for them.

 

Off on a three day course in an hour so I've just had 6 pancakes (with sugar and lemon of course) the rest of the batter will be left for Sharon to eat later. It's a shame I can't take it with me......... Nom nom nom

 

Had some already today. Suger and lemon. will be doing some tonight for the Kids so will be tossing for an hour or so.
