Sand blast it but do it with ur engine out. As it goes everywhere lol an I just under sealed mine straight out the gun looks ok an will probably outlive the paint =]
Got to admit my engine is pretty easy to cover as its a type iv with twin webbers and no squirrel fan. All I did was just cut up a tarp and gaffer taped it into place. Then when I had finished I hoovered out the shot and gave it a good going over with compressed air.
