I'm on red funnel car ferry Sunday. Cant see it moving by then now with the forecast. You can see it very clear from Cowes. I did a delivery to the royal yacht squadron.

 

I was offered a sail round on Saturday on my mates Cat, but seeing the forecast is for 30 mph winds gusting 50 mph I probably can't make it.

 

I have been informed the ship has moved and spun round. The tugs have moved awa. It is getting windy here now.

 

It has turned around and moved. It is currently force 7. There are now 4 tugs trying to stabilise it

 

so did iow news get it wrong .

 

A yuuunggg maynnn came on the news who used ta load these n said vehicles are well strapped down so maybe not
