Not Happy :(

  1. Ordered new stainless steel exhaust from VW Heritage and took day off work to take delivery. Item duly arrived this afternoon but was found to be damaged when I unpacked it. Studs on one flange were bent and a weld broken.
    How good are Heritage with returns?, I didn't feel very confident went I telephoned them this afternoon, they would not deal with me until I had completed a return form online. Also said they would ring me back and they never did.
    Well p****d off :(

    Hmm - I'd ask for an address to email some pictures to.
    Then again they don't usually treat me like that... I've had the odd run in. The worst bloke to speak to is the customer services bloke who's on a mission to blame everyone but themselves, starting with you.

  3. oh dear, I feel your pain.

    I bet Heritage are well upset with their courier. Couriers must be a nightmare with all businesses.

    Keep us informed, facts are good to pass on to others.
     
  4. I gave heritage a bollocking the other day for how they were packaging goods... Had £400 worth of karmann door turn up in a box with just some card over it!!

    Fortunately for them the door turned up intact, but not really the point!!

    If you phone them, ask to speak to Alex.... he's a mate of mine, so he should see you right!! :thumbsup:
