It's Major we dropped off at Simons - new battery tray, fuel tank pipes and an mot I'm away with work for a week or so, it was far easier getting Simon on the jobs. Gusbus is still being prepped for paint, blooming filling is taking an age!

I must say that looks amazing and if my underside looked like that id be pleased to lay on my back and work on it , Great stuff.
Thanks again to everyone for your positive input. Been to the spray shop today and chosen the internal colours. jaffa, black, grey. Then I was told that I needed a new sliding door track cover, and a new repro just won't cut it. So I started my search, with eBay, FBI, RCC, and the late bay wanted section. Within 30 mins I had photos and a purchase of a nearly rust free original part. Result ! Thanks to Carl one of our own.
Well it as been one year since I last posted and my bus has now at last received its last coat of paint. This is nearly the paint complete, I will inspect it one more time for a snagging list, and then home by the end of next week. Then I start the rebuild. Just thought I would let you guys know Im still battling on and standing bu my bus.
Hi Mark, no still at the spray shop until tomorrow when I do the last inspection. Then home on Thur/Fri depending on the weather and transport. How's things being going here? I hear Hailfrank as left?
Pete's still around, sold his bus though! Apart from that, alls good - Gusbus is coming along just fine, Major is running sound as owt too
