Your scoop looks like it sits lower than mine and appears to have more frontal area. Could be the source of my heating problems. You can get to the mounting bolts. Mine are inaccessible being up alongside the chassis rails. Any chance of a piccy of the rear scoop mounts, showing the hose attachment to the rad?
Scoop is different to mine (though I've had no heating issues). To keep this thread about @Baysearcher 's bus, I've posted a couple of pics of the scoop and rear of mine for you @Sydney http://thelatebay.com/index.php?thr...-a-scooby-conversion.28185/page-2#post-469608
Looks awesome, I would love to do this one day after I've sorted the other hundreds of items. A scooby conversion is pretty much at the bottom of the list :-( Would love to see / hear a video of you starting the engine up and giving it a few revs or accelerating away once warmed up
It took me 3.5 hrs to get from Leicester to Breck Farm in Norfolk in my 1.6 loaded to the vents, I'm sitting here thinking I could shave at least an hour off that time via scooby power Can't wait to see it at Eddies in a couple of weeks chap, we will be over as soon as the kids finish skool on Friday I've got to add, it looks stonking
@Moons asked me to post this again hopefully @Baysearcher wouldn't mind it here..... i can confirm it's fun big time in a scooby bus.
