I'm with Joker on this. Still not completely convinced you're not another members idea of a joke. If you won't listen, you won't learn. If you don't learn, I hope for your sake you've got deep pockets. For that reason, I'm out.
I am not a mechanic, the only way I can test brakes is if I put my foot on the pedal, or pull the handbrake, you should step back a little and not presume everyone is on your level, do you really expect me to take the brakes apart? I did the test this morning that someone suggested, pull the hand brake pump the pedal, if its hard, then release the handbrake and pump and it should be soft, well it was, and listening and applying "your" advise they worked, if it costs money that's the only way I can do it..
The brake for each wheel has to demonstrate a stopping force within recommended limits...both fronts then have to demonstrate similar stopping force together (Balance) so you don't pull to one side when you brake...same goes for both rears ...then all four brakes should be tested together, to make sure the rears aren't stronger than the fronts....so you don't tailspin...you have a compensator built into the system to prevent this...if your bus has been jacked up at the back for a long time, this compensator can stick....make sure you check this when you fettle the system
thx vanorak, but I wouldn't know how to fettle a system, and its probably complicated, I would need to pay for these jobs to be done, but again, thx, I didn't post the failure for advice on how to execute these jobs, I just posted the info that was given to me thinking you guys could discuss the issues, and all I get is abuse from "the dragons, saying i'm out" for not knowing how to do it?

Your not the easiest guy to help, you appear to have zero mechanical knowledge, very little patience and a strange sense of humour. You come on with plenty of questions, but this is not a VW Wikipedia it's a VW forum..more a community really. The answers to your questions are the best we can do!
ok, lets repeat it again for the umpteenth time , I HAVE NO MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE, is this clear?, for the little tasks I have asked, I have received excellent advice and completed them, like I say, little tasks, now when it comes to repairing an mot failure, forgive my ignorance but it's a little over my head, and... I never asked for advise on it, it was suggested I post my failure results, and when someone says "i'm out" and then insults me again, I don't think they call it "I'm out"
