Missing front belly pan

  1. My 73 bus doesn't have a front belly pan. Were they fitted to all buses and if so do they serve a useful purpose?

  2. yes they were fitted to all but a lot of people leave them off thinking they wont trap water and corode the floor underneath etc. They are there to protect the underside. Easy enough to replace think you can even get new ones these days. I personally would keep it just waxoyl underneath.

  4. When I fitted mine back, I instantly noticed it was warmer around my feet and less noisy.
