Cheapest way is to drill the lock barrel out of the ignition, what years your van ?

Do all the locks match? As you could have a key cut to a lock if someone nearby can do it, I know karmann konnection cut keys from a code, around £15 I think

  3. the steering lock pins are pretty hefty from memory

bit of a long way around it, but couldnt you undo the steering column from the coupler, and kick the wheels in the direction of the truck?

  4. None of the locks match ......all different......i was just going to scaffold bar in steering wheel and yank it round .......then fix it all when its with me .....old skool style lock breaker style...maybe i can drill the ignition pins down and use a ....a erm to turn the barrel.......is thelatebay secure ie only member can read posts?coz car thieves would love this thread?????????

  6. ....probably not lol!!

I was wondering how to phrase things carefully :D .....most busses are probbably dragged onto a low loader I guess ? .....or they carry a bunch of keys around as one is probably going to fit

I'd doubt a supposed car thief would be on here looking for supposed tips o_O they're not difficult to work out!

  15. It's well known that sneezing on an old Bay door lock will open it. No big secret.
