That's had a new front panel on it then dude!! LBs never had a raised badge boss, that is the brazzy replacement panel!! Due to the replacement, the front panel could be a couple of mm low, which will also cause poor fitment and leaks... The only thing you can do is use some sealer...
looking at that seal it looks like one of them dreadful jk ones they fit ok but are very hard and dont sit out on the outer edge i had a coule that where like that , got a genuine one from vw heritage very thick and soft rubber , the window just fell in to place and the rubber went right out tto the outer edge and sealed lovely , owen nw here u go herbie the easy way owen nw
