Late Bays vs Snow

Are late bays any good in the snow or just as crap as any other rwd vehicle.

I thought it might be slightly different as a lot of the weight is over the engine.

What's you're opinions?

That second video suggests they are better then. Seemed a fairly stable journey. Would never attempt that in my 320 BMW lol

mine will be crap it's auto, but it won't be going anywhere while it's gritting season.

 

Rear engine rear wheel drive great for going in straight lines its turning corners and stopping that need a bit of forward planning!

 

I was just thinking if it was a good alternative if I struggle with my car. I'm not fussed about using this time of the year if I need too. I've got a few important meetings this week and a backup plan is always good.

 

i used mine on monday as its the only thing I’ve got with good heating (propex)
wasn’t a problem at all
but snows not a problem in any car really its the other *****s that drive too fast or even worse them that drive too slow

I can vouch for the Bay's ability to handle the snow.

Shame about the awning!

 

If a bunch of splitties can do this then a bay is gonna be just as capable.
