    Not so much bored, as mildly out of sorts and irritable. Feeling ill (bad), have recorded the test match (good). The sofa beckons, with a warm dog and a mug of hot chocolate. On balance, the good wins. I shall await further comments connecting the words ‘test match’ and ‘bored’

    @rustbucket get yourself to the joke thread and read every one. Nothing like a laugh to shake you out of yourself.
    Or watch ‘best of Morecambe & Wise clips. Or treat yourself to the box set of Breaking Bad - you won’t be out of the house until February and then it’ll be nearly spring and there’ll be loads to plan and do.
    Basically anything but fishing.
