    Tips to stave off boredom.

    Get rid of your smart phone and get a simple call only phone.

    Only turn on the computer for half hour at night. Ignore it in the day.

    Ask friends round for meals and talk.

    Go camping. Talk to other campers

    Avoid people who always look at their smart phones

    Join a gym and use it.

    get out walking when you can.

    Take up an hobby.

    Ignore Facebook totally.

    Get to know your neighbours and chat to real people


    Only come on TLB when you want to be amazed by our intellect and worldly understanding. And never when you’re drunk!

    It confuses us mods!

    My mate is a Heating engineer
    He’s a happy So and so as well
    When I had the job I would call him up (more than likely on a weekend)and say
    It’s the cheerful maintenance manager
    I’ve got someone with a Heating Disorder for you to look at
    Usual Grumbled reply I’m going to be a hour :D
