I think I might die !!

I have just spotted my blackened dinner coming out the oven, it has now become clear my misses has been trying to slowly kill me

 

These are the biology scientist types that swore blind for SEVENTY YEARS that heart disease was all about fat....

Fat is BAD, avoid all fat, fat is like the devil...
oh wait no sorry we were wrong for the last 70 years, actually a bit of saturated fat is really good for you just avoid all that unsaturated stuff we spent years telling you was good for you because we were wrong about that too, that clogs up your arteries not the saturated stuff ...

We've decided it's sugar that causes heart disease now.... ok

Its not all scientists are saying this. Chap on R4 this morning on my drive home after nightshift (which will probably do more harm to my body than munching on the occasional dorito will ever manage) was saying the evidence from several studies on this is pretty inconclusive, and its much better to just try and eat a balanced diet. Any way, I'm with Joe Jackson on this

 

My wife has been trying to kill for ages then. Every time she cooks it's burnt

What about coffee ...that's roasted and browned ....it will keep you awake to see yourself die . Or fancy something to put you to sleep . ooooh i could murder a coffee

 

If I let Ms.T cook, that's all we'd ever eat.
Honestly, she could burn a salad.
