I remember this or a similar system. It had a chip similar to the ones in my cats necks, I injected it into the seat foam. It also had something that you coated in glue and dropped inside the wheel. They work assuming that something is recovered that can be scanned!

Smartwater is the current vogue - you can put it in the water header and it will spread harmlessly around the whole engine jacket, cooling system, heating system etc. Oh. Hang on. Guess I'll chalk that one up as another benefit of a Subaru conversion. That and the Cat 2 immobiliser that's built in to the bus that can't be hotwired easily. Is there a smug smiley?! Serious though - you can spray smartwater on most areas of the bus, it does act as a deterrent and does help the rozzer's when building evidence should your beloved get half inched.

I have trouble getting in and/or starting my bus most days and I have the keys and experience on my side. So I can say Scunthorpe and Arsenal but not smartwater?
Think ill be letting my bullmastiff sleep in the van for security. Not that she's vicious but one fart will disable any thief.
