How do YOU fit jacking points, run welds or plug weld?

As per the title, how do YOU do it?

Stitch. ha-ha - seriously!
But only if you meant to the top hat or chassis.
Jacking to outrigger - plug and tidy before fitting the assembly to the van.

 

Okay, for further clarification, combined jacking point / outrigger (which I seam welded) to the top hat and chassis.

Stitch along its edge then?
