Hot Air Vent Selection

It must be if it comes out of the leg warmers.
Judging from it's position, I think I was wrong and the flap just blocks or opens the screen part and air continues to warm your feet whatever you do with it.

Edit: Ha - looked again and it could block either. It goes with a clonk as if there's more mechanism than a simple flap on the end of the lever.

 

With the lever UP, I get heat to the footwell vents. With the lever DOWN, nothing. As for the know under the seat, either in or out, heat is going to the rear vent in the walk through. Looks like some dismantling is needed.

 

It won't come through all the dash vents, some are for cold air.

 

I'm assuming the hot should come through the top dash vents for demist?

 

Not sure what vents you have as the dashes changed. I don't have the oval ones in the middle, just 4 slots and the two outer cold round directable ones. The outer 2 slots are cold, the inner 2 are hot.
