Hmmm get a bike licence or not??

Me too, look left, a bike at 100mph is out of view, look right, look left again and it's ripping past the junction. Around here there are places where it's wise to pull out onto a main road and drive in the centre to give a chance to the invisible ton-up biker to pass either side. I haven't hit one yet, or should I say one hasn't hit me yet. Occaisionally the car driver doesn't come off so well either.

 

My Fathers hire car was split in two by a bike he hit in in Portugal (1993 ,micra) ,luckily they both survived ,biker going well too fast again and my Father just didnt see him as he pulled out.

 

Motorcycling is a lottery today, too many cars and drivers are too busy on their mobile's or just day dreaming to even look out for a motor bike, that said I still have my XJR1300 and take it out for a spin, but once the van is road worthy it might have to go.
