Not yet but give it a moment & we will be back onto it... Did you see that TV programme on dogging a few weeks back, I stumbled upon it by accident when flicking through the channels one evening! It wasn't quite what I thought dogging was
76 and no flasher. It's light on/lights off for me. I bet I'm the only person here to have a floor-mounted dipped/full beam footswitch.
Damn. I thought I was unique. The footswitch is a Beetle thing isn't it? Very satisfying to use. The headlight beam points in much the same direction regardless but it's nice to make the blue dash light come on. EDIT - just looked on eBay, the floorswitch was common to Beetles and Splits.
Top Banana Racing One of these? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mooneyes-...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item48536bac3d I wonder if you can get one with Piers Morgan's face on it?

I had this issue, and stumbled across this diagram by a helpful guy called Nigel Askeet who has apparently copyrighted this, so I might have to remove it. (but thanks Nige ) My five pin relay had been replaced with a golf one, looked similar, but the vital pin wasn't connected. The correct relay is £20.... must be full of diamonds
Lates: high beam flashes with ignition on or off, also with sidelights on. Turn the headlights on, and high beam latches.
