Handbrake adjustment procedure

That's reassuring, I haven't visited JK since the olden days and a lot of there advice back then though well meant was a little sketchy.

 

Clean drums,
adjust stars - to and fro,
Tighten square nuts,

Is that the craic?

Clean drums. Brush out muck. Make sure nothing's seized. Check rear cylinders aren't leaking. Lube the star gear with Copaslip. Stuff like that.
