Sorry slow responses today - t'internet playing up. I never fitted it - The bit I have in my hand has deep gauges in it like it has been scraped badly and it wasn't like that before. Mine too! After 15 years with BT - never once being offered a better deal - I changed to virgin, but cant get up in the loft to change the phone line over. This morning they suspend my account - my fault - didn't pay the bill on time,usually do that immediately and all good. No sir - 24 hours until it can be switched on - that's me fugged all day then. Immediate cancel (for just £25). If they want the router back its in the garden: Dunno what happened to it on the way there
