Bonjour France is definitely on my list of places to visit with Catriona. Although it is rather a long list. One of the reasons I want to get her totally rock solid and mechanically tip top at this stage.

Yes, it's been a long time getting to this stage. Shall hopefully have some pics up of her in her nice new primer next week. Then it's on to the white. Test cards for pastel white seemed a bit cream and I may go for a whiter shade of pale to cope with the bling of the metal flake.

Thanks, Red. Just need to get her up and running first. I am hoping to have her ready for the Route 90 VW Club in July and the second volksfling in August at Biggar. Hopefully see you out and about as well. When she's painted, I'll be posting some pics. Blue metal flake so should be easy enough to spot. Haha

You're right. Perfect color scheme with the blue and white. Easily remedied, I'll ensure the entire bus is covered with a giant metal flake saltire on each side.

Could probably make a few bob from the SNP around election time by hiring her out. Who said we Scots were canny when it comes to money. Might offset the spiraling costs of the rebuild. Haha
