Getting standard heating as good as poss

I cant hear the engine noise down the ali pipe -but hey when you get awesome induction noise and a sweet exhaust tone when it comes on cam whats the problem?

i get the air wooshing noise but that is as it comes through the dash - i think thats just a sign of absolutely no leaks .

I was hoping somebody could help with a small problem I've encountered.

I'm in the process of fixing most of the issues with my heating ...I think!

However, the front vent 'antlers' don't reach the underside of the dash. To explain I have part 17, 18 & 19 all Insitu, but they don't reach up to part 21. So I was wondering is there a part between part 19 and the metal pipe 'totem pole' that joins them by about 3cm as I just have pipe ends or am I missing something at the top of the antlers''?

Have you got the antlers on the right side, and are they the right way round? Is the dash top sitting down properly? Should all fit.

 

Ahah, both ends were pushed right down onto 19, so I've pulled them apart and after some gymnastics to get them back in they should be good to go.
