  4. looking very good i hope your going to use her when she done and not have driven round on a trailer :) to all the show n shines

  5. We've made the decision that as Wilma has now gone through a full resto and is for the first time since she reached these shores rust fee, we're going to find the biggest tuperware box and store her until she's 60 ;D

  6. we've been busy bees :)

While Wilma was at 81a we sorted out the passenger seat, re-sprung the seat and replaced the horse hair and wool topping and added some memory foam for a lovely comfy ride.

The springs were a nightmare to do but after nearly chopping off the tops of fingers and few near misses of eyes, cheeks etc

  8. Up with the lark this morning and glued all the insulation onto the roof

    then the headliner on

It took about 10 minutes this time compared to the hour plus it took last time Wilma had a 'resto' not bad going

then the headliner was screwed on and then those slidey plastic strips on (we had no idea what they were first time around, now we know what they are but no idea of the name ;D)

interior panels and sliding door panels on and the fixing clips are a nightmare, they're on but there are no pictures, it was all getting a bit :arrggh: so we had a cup of tea :supsbrew:

    next new flooring

Some scoffed at our labelling but those plastic bags came in handy

  14. aint original westy screw Birdy boy, b&q spesh, so no rattles from the headliner, the only rattles will be from those bleddy door card fixers dancing around the inside of the doors or bottles in the buddy seat :))
