I saw erasure in the 90’s. Andy Bell in peach / skin colour Lycra shorts / vest combo with a bright red sequin heart over his nether regions fab night out.
You get an even suntan, on your back, and on your legs Possibly the most annoying lyric ever as I like the rest of the song!
I'm singing it in my head.... I'll get there in the end... it's on the tip of my tongue... I'm not going to google because I know I can get it....... ...... ...... aaargh....... dammit, I've got it on 7" blinkin' single..... Where do you go to my lovely!! Peter Starstedt Phew. That would've kept me up all night with an almighty earworm
As apt now as it was in one of the 80’s greatest lost songs.. The still born brainchild of a man with no brain, The ballot box baby that died.
Genius lyrics? Any XTC song I can't unravel riddles, problems and poems And the home computer has me on the run And I may be the mayor of simpleton but I know one thing and that's I love you
I was in New york in the early 90's and saw the albums on th eshelf as "yaz" so i assume that for some reazon the were Yaz. Maybe something to do with the milk drink - Yazoo? I saw Yazoo on the last reform tour at Manchester Apollo about 10 years ago. I was probably the only straight person in the audience. I said Hi to the bloke next to me, and his male partner got the huff on and they argued then all night, giving me the evil eye!
you heartbreaker!! I saw Erasure in Hammersmith in the late 80’s/early 90’s and they came into the pub across the road after where we were having a drink.
