WANTED Gearbox wanted and CK gearbox for sale

I've done it when doing a few odd engine conversions back in the day, Audi 2.2 5 cylinder into a t25 is one a remember chopping down , chop it choooop iiittt

 

Now if I remember correctly
When I got my van it had a ck box
Which is correct for 1700 yeah
And it had type 1 engine
I then was given a 73 mot failure with ce box
When we went to change it we noticed
That there were differences in the input shaft length
So we put the ce box in which was fine
No problem
So at some point the ck box had it's nose cut down
