Finally got my tank out and seen all the tales of using POR-15,but my tank seems to have a divider inside where as the ones in the photos dont.Is it there to stop fuel sloshing around or there so that i cant see if the whole tank is clean of rust Im a bit stuck and need to get it back in due to a wedding
Some tanks do have a baffle plate... shaking the tank will soon tell you if there's any loose crud/rust in there 8)
Oky doky also I notice on the breather pipes,the one that goes across the engine bay near the lid it has a T piece but only two pipes in it.Should there be a third pipe and where does it go?
Thankyou for that shall i just remove the t piece as i dont have an air box and use a piece of hose to replace it?
