Front air vent repair

    I poured some water on the front grill and the water ran out of the bottom another job done, onto the next:thumbsup:

  3. did you treat the rust and then paint? Job done if you did.

    Also, for the sake of the front doors, always park long term outdoors with the nose of the bus pointing level or downhill. Same problem as the air box if you point up hill water pools at the back.

    I have this monstrosity to deal with soon. When I first took the grill off (expecting to see something pristine) the flaps were hanging off and clearly just sprayed pretty over an unsalvageable amount of rust.
    Fortunately got a replacement set...

    Good to know about the drainage pipe. Always wondered why there was an unused pipe connector behind the kickboards

    My bus is slightly lowered at the front so the water should now drain out
