Free massive meet @ Brands Hatch

Cheers Jen. I was just going to ask if this was still on as I'm trying to plan my weekend and work.

 

Agree with Birdy. Cheers jenw. I have a ticket for grill n chill also so don't fancy driving back to just drive there the next day again. I will email on Monday to try and get a camping spot.

Will keep this thread informed when done.

Has anyone got camping confirmation and is it at brands hatch itself or do we have to drive to the campsite. Fancied a few bevvies

So what do we do about paying for camping. I'm going and want to camp the night with the intention of moving to grill and chill after.

 

Well this is the route I will be taking. Prob leave before 1 and get to south mimes for 1330. Am aiming to get to brands hatch for 3 ish....

 

I've had an e-mail from Martine at VolksWorld - if you look through their 'shop options' one of them is a £10 ticket for camping:

Thank you for registering your interest to camp at VW25.

Camping is on site, but facilities are limited to toilets, wash basins and fresh water, sorry but the venue does not have showers or electric hook up.

Camping opens at 15.00 and all night security will be supplied.

The idea of this camping is so that you can have fun, have a drink and not worry about driving home, your £10.00 goes towards paying the security guard so please accept its limitations.

We ask you to depart as soon as you can in the morning.

The cost of camping is £10.00 per vehicle and you will need to pre-pay using this link :

On payment you will be sent a camping ticket and map with camping area indicated.

thanks for the link jen i looked all over for a place to pay for camping. i got the week off so thats thursday and friday sorted. hope to see some of you there...what time is anyone turning up on the thursday?

 

We are going. Pre registered last month.
Probably going to head down there after work at about 6 to 6.30pm.
Hope the traffic isn't too bad.

i was wondering that too. i did mine on wednesday and havent received one. i had thought they would e-mail one to print off but who knows. still have a few days but keep us posted

 

i got my ticket for camping in the post today. i shoud think everyone else will have too by tomorrow, and other bonus is..."SNAIL AND I" ON THE ROAD AGAIN ANOTHER YEAR...MOT PASS THIS MORNING

 

Sweet. Got my camping pass for brands hatch also. Also have pass for grill-n-chill. Just hope the weather stays dry for it. Fingers are firmly crossed.

First camping with the nipper (3 year old). Should be fun..
