gave her another little polish today and the colour is getting richer and richer .carnt wait to really get stuck in .thing is all the door jams and bonnet ,tail gate. are all sprayed in wax oil and its doing my head in to clean it but it is all factory wax so think i have to leave in on .the outside though is just amazing for the age of the car.(although there are a couple of runs by the top of the sills .ive spoken to a few people and this was common on a fords in the 80 s

 

If you find a Ford concourse competition, you will WALK it with that - it looks like it's just come from the factory!

Wow, El, you sure love your minters. That's one beauty of a Capri. I love 'em too. Wow, under 3000 miles! Incredible. How much did that set you back, if you don't mind me asking? 12 grand? I'm guessing. Hard to value something like that.

Where do you find these motors. I reckon you've a garage full of them that you bought back in the 80's and haven't used. You're just getting them out one by one now to make us all jealous.
