Your facebook page says 30th aug to 1st sept. Friday to sunday. Is that right?

 

Hey, yes that's right - the show is Saturday & Sunday but gates will open on the Friday for people who would like to camp on Friday 30th Depending on ticket sales we may have entertainment both nights, if not it's a case of get your bar-b out and enjoy some chill time and beers with friends on the Friday (which I know a lot like to do anyway if there are 2 nights).

 

Lots of planning going on at the moment - I had a big meeting yesterday and have been over to the venue again today, it's enormous! So excited!

 

Just found this show and i'll be up for it (if I can get the time off work ). Another show for the North East!!!!

Now im distraught because i dont like the idea of secluding watercooled dubs
However its in a good location for me to catch up with late bay members

I wouldent be able to camp anyway as id be driving the passat with the paracave in the boot

Its twin skinned with vents and as such is cooled by air but i think the problem is with the vehicle that moves it around

The paracave/paragloo has been to more dub shows that most show winning dubs

 

Spot on for me. Not too far away and as I'm not a big fan of any vw post 1990 it should be a good one!!

 

that was what i noticed at spring dub there were jist too many everyday normal cars... yeh some were pretty cool but they weren't exactly classics... para just come into the show ground with one of js in our bus and ahove the paracave right next to one of us...i don't think they have banned tents have they?

 

I hope they haven't banned tents as that's all I have as well.

I now what you mean about spring dub I was talking to someone who said they was so many nice looking bays in the carpark but they couldn't get in the show hall cause of passats with stickers on. Each to they own of course but as you said not really classics.

 

Haha guys - tents are not banned, I'll be in my beetle with a tent.

Please remember I'm not doing this to exclude and I have nothing against watercooled, just wanted to do something different. Hope to see you all there If you want a club stand, let me know - I'll be sorting them a bit closer to the time but definitely having them, they'll all look fab too! :-D

When do the earlybird tickets run out (or is there just a set amount of them)? Don't want to miss out but not sure at the moment if i can make it.
