Hey all, After your experiences & advise on what exhaust I should get for my Archie.... Basically he's a standard 1600 tp but am looking to put 1641's on over the winter.... BUT...... I run a single mount Dellorto, & have a beetle sports box on but is really REALLY deafening..... For people with updated carbs etc what would be your advise on an exhaust that is not so deafening while driving?? Thank in advance. Luke
A standard one. I have one on mine which is either 1600 or 1641 (I don't know) with twin ICT's and it goes like the wind (for a 1600).
Stock or a cheapish stainless single quiet pack eg JK (louder but less restrictive). Also veewee seem to have a stainless copy ofs omething more like a stock exhaust. And soundproofing and a louder stereo.
