Eskdale Spring Dubfest 17/18/19th April 2015

Must still be spaces.......had a call from the site today asking if I was coming, as they had my details and I hadn't booked this year, so if anybody hasn't yet booked.....make the call !

 

Is anyone arriving early? Staying on later? The next stop for me and the boys on our big adventure is south wales on the 29th need to work out where to camp and park in between.

 

We may be Bek - might stop off at Cartmel either on the way there or back. Haven't had a proper look yet.

 

What's the site called? I've done a Google search and can only find a site that no longer is a campsite and one that doesn't take vans???

I was looking at Cartmel Caravan and Camping Park a while ago but it looks like it's changed hands and doesn't take Campervans now - may have to have a rethink ....

Not sure I'm going to be able to defend luxury camping☺unless something terrible has happened

 

They've got a lady chainsaw carver coming who is going to make a VW campervan in wood to raffle in aid of Wasdale Mountain Rescue.
If anyone wants to donate any other raffle prizes then bring them with you.

Sadly, not sure if we are going to be ready either? everything taking a lot longer than I planned. Gonna get my finger out over the BH and see.

 

Have asked Duncan if his place is still available, if not I might be able to take yours - I'd need it to cover an adult a child and a camper - well it could just be a tent!!!

 

Gonna see how much I can get done this week, for some reason my to do list is now bigger than when I bought it so don't think its likely I'll get there but i'll let you know. Its booked on an electric pitch, camper, 2 adults and 3 kids so you should be sound.
