Endfloat shims

What sizes do they come in for a 1600 tp
Im going to buy a vernier calliper but i want to make sure i get one thats accurate enough for measuring the thickness of the shims

I was looking at his one it has an accuracy of 0.02mm

shims come in at 2 decimal places too..

so the verniers will be spot on
