Hi Andy,

You can turn from 1pm until 11pm, however if you have any problems and need to turn up later, that is not a problem, just let us know.
Club car placement will be from 08.00am - 09.30am on both the Saturday and the Sunday.
You’re more than welcome to bring a banner, although we can’t guarantee we’ll have any pins left over to attach it (although there is a chance we will).

 

if people are up for the cruise from Hereford a good place to meet would be the slip road at Asda car park or the car park itself.

Asda Hereford, Belmont Rd, Hereford HR2 7JE.

from there just a very short drive across a medieval bridge and onto narrow streets to clog up the town, hear the thunder of aircooled exhausts off the ancient buildings a quick pose for pics and let your bus mark its territory outside Hairyfoot Cathedral and Mappa Mundi Museum then cruise out to Eastnor.

GUYS AND GIRLS! THERE IS STILL SPACE FOR 2 vans! And yes completely free camping for the whole weekend and free entrance to the show for the whole weekend! In the line up sat and sun, moving to a camping field adjacent to the show at the end of the day and coming back into the line up on the sat/sun morning

Hi all
I have taken over the organising of the late bay line up at this show. I haven't been before so I don't know if it is a good show or not. Having checked the website however it looks a lovely location next to the lake at Ealsnor Castle, which is very close to Ledbury so quite central to a few of us! Live music and quite a few stalls!
The other good news is that I have managed to procure two free tickets per van, 16 and under go free anyway and dogs are welcome! The free tickets include camping for the whole weekend. The show is 8th to 10th of AUGUST!
We can have up to 20 vans!!! Yes 20 vans so even if the show wasn't that great it would still be a great weekend if we got a good crowd there!

Cool Myself, Physiopro,Bumblepuppy and Top Banana Racing are approaching Eastnor from the other direction so we are meeting up at the BP garage on the outskirts of Tewkesbury. From there we will cause similar disruption in Tewkesbury itself before driving to the show site. Anyone approaching from the east as we are is welcome to join us at the BP, at the moment I reckon we should be there between 3 and half past subject to traffic and what time we actually leave Northampton.

 

Are most people going friday afternoon/ evening?

 

I'll be travelling from Lincoln, so I may be able to meet up with the convoy going from Northampton depending on timings

My daughter will be back from SA and her and her boyfriend are VW mad, they've just driven from Pretoria to Durban in my SA import cross dresser Bay.

 

No prob at all< i will get two more adult tickets put in your envelope and you can pay for them on the day, should be half price though!

 

we are hoping to get there by about 6 or 7 fri night, you can be as late as 11pm but obviously better if earlier. if you are coming sat morning then please be in the line up by 9 am if poss
